Terms and Conditions

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Raksha Fintech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at G-401, Mantri Espana, Kariammanna Agrahara Road, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560103 (hereinafter referred to as "Rakshafin", "Company", "us" or "we") is the owner of the mobile application by the name "Rakshafin" ("App") and the website at www.rakshafin.in ("Website") (the App and Website are hereinafter together referred to as the "Platform"). Wherever the context requires, this shall also include Rakshafin's licensors and affiliates and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives.

These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy (collectively the "Terms") and Additional Terms (if any, as may be separately agreed between you and Rakshafin in connection with specific Services that you may avail from time to time) are the terms and conditions subject to which you are allowed to access and use this Platform and/or the online, web-based facilities, solutions and services made available by Rakshafin, including through the Platform (the "Service").

In these Terms and any Additional Terms as may be relevant, "User", "you" or "your" shall refer to you, the person who is accessing or using this Platform, Website or the Service.

These Terms are legally binding. Please read through them carefully and make sure you understand them before you accept these Terms. By clicking the box indicating acceptance of these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these Terms and that these Terms form a legal and binding agreement between us. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform or the Service or any part thereof.

Rakshafin may modify these Terms or any Additional Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will reflect the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Your continued access or use of the Platform or Services after the revised Terms are posted shall constitute your deemed acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue using the Platform.

Registration

To avail of the Service, you must register on the Platform and create an account ("User ID") with Rakshafin. Your User ID is usually your mobile number or an email ID you choose. To register and activate your User ID, you will be required to provide certain personal information to Rakshafin. You may also be required to submit certain documents stipulated as per Rakshafin's policies as applicable from time to time. The details of the information and documents that we collect and how we use them are detailed in our Privacy Policy available on our Platform, which Policy forms part and parcel of these Terms. If these Terms and Conditions read with our Privacy Policy are not acceptable to you, please do not provide any of your information to Rakshafin. However, in such an event, we may not be able to provide you with our Service or some parts of it.
The details and/or documents requested are not an exhaustive list of requirements, and Rakshafin reserves the right to require additional documents and/or details as may be deemed necessary by Rakshafin in its sole discretion, to complete its internal verification process. In the event the details or documents submitted for creating an account are incomplete or discrepant, Rakshafin will request additional information through email, SMS or WhatsApp sent to the email ID or mobile number provided by you when you sought to register. In case the discrepancies remain unresolved or if Rakshafin is unable to successfully complete its internal verification, Rakshafin shall have the right to reject your request for registering with the Platform. Rakshafin reserves the absolute discretion to accept or reject your request for creating a User ID and/or availing any of the Services, without assigning any reasons for the same.
If you successfully pass Rakshafin's internal verification process and we accept your request for registration, we will send you an activation code as a one-time password ("OTP") to your registered mobile. You can enter the OTP to access your account. Once activated, you can use your User ID together with your credentials to access the Service, and it will remain active until terminated in accordance with these Terms.
By registering and creating a User ID with Rakshafin, you declare and confirm that: (a) you have created the User ID for your own personal, non-commercial use and that the information and documents you provide will be your own details and not that of any third person; (b) you will use the User ID only for yourself and not for the benefit or detriment of any third party; (c) all details and documents you provide are true, complete and accurate, and you will keep them current at all times for as long as your User ID remains valid --- you may request corrections by writing to us at help@rakshafin.in; (d) you authorise Rakshafin to store a record of your personal data including your name, date of birth, identity records such as PAN, credit information report, present and past contact numbers and addresses, and employment details, for the purpose of providing you the Services; (e) you will be responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your User ID and credentials and will be solely liable for all actions initiated using your User ID, except in case of any wilful or wilfully negligent act on our part; (f) you will not create more than one User ID; (g) you authorise Rakshafin to contact you through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other communication channels regarding products and services; and (h) you will notify Rakshafin immediately at help@rakshafin.in of any unauthorised use of your User ID.
Rakshafin may suspend or terminate your User ID or your use of the Service at any time without notice if we suspect that any information you have provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if you are found to be in breach of any of these Terms.

Scope of Service and Limitations

The Service provided by Rakshafin is available and appropriate only for use in India.
The Service is aimed at helping you understand and improve your creditworthiness and assisting you with taking actions that are expected to enhance your credit rating and, consequently, over a period of time, your eligibility for credit from banks or other credit institutions. Based on the specific action you opt for and pay for (where charges apply), Rakshafin will provide details of your current credit health, options to resolve issues, and coordination to implement the chosen action. You authorise Rakshafin to retain any analysis, interpretation or derivative of information obtained from the credit information report and from lenders for the purpose of fulfilling the Services.
You may be required to accept Additional Terms for specific Services. These Additional Terms are in addition to, and not in derogation of, these Terms. In the event of conflict, the Additional Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict, in respect of the relevant Service.
All transactions undertaken on your behalf by Rakshafin will be on the basis of your express instructions or prior approval and strictly on a non-discretionary basis. Rakshafin only offers options and assistance (using commercially reasonable efforts) with actions you could take to improve your credit record. The decision on the course of action rests exclusively with you, and you are not obliged to accept any recommendation. Rakshafin shall not be responsible for any adverse impact resulting from your decisions or your failure to abide by the financial obligations you undertake.
The Service is based on your credit information report and credit rating maintained by authorised Credit Information Companies ("CICs") in India and any other financial information you provide or authorise us to obtain. If such information is incorrect or incomplete, it will adversely affect the quality of the Service. Credit scores are calculated differently by different CICs, and lenders have their own internal policies; therefore, Rakshafin does not guarantee any outcome with respect to your credit report or rating, nor that you will receive financial assistance from any institution. Individual results may vary based on factors beyond Rakshafin's control.
By accepting these Terms, you authorise Rakshafin, at its discretion, to: (a) request and receive reports from CICs now and for a period of the next six (6) months; (b) retain and store such reports for a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt; and (c) extend the foregoing periods for further such periods each time you log in to the Platform. You understand that Rakshafin is required by law to purge any report after six (6) months if you fail to log in and validate your consent for further retention.
You authorise Rakshafin to communicate with you and accept instructions or approval from you over the telephone, by email, in writing (including documents uploaded through your User ID), or any other mode determined appropriate by Rakshafin.
You consent to Rakshafin, at its sole discretion: recording telephone calls between you and Rakshafin (such records being conclusive evidence of the fact and content of such calls); providing your details to banks and credit institutions to validate correctness of reporting with the CICs; and sharing certain personal identifiable information with business partners (financial institutions) to provide you pre-approved offers per eligibility criteria.
For as long as your User ID remains registered, Rakshafin may recommend its own products and services or those of third-party banks and credit institutions. You consent that, based on your request, Rakshafin may forward your contact details to such third parties and you authorise them to contact you, even if you are registered with a Do Not Call (DNC) status. Such referral is purely a referral service and not an offer by Rakshafin, and is provided on a non-risk-participation basis. The ultimate decision regarding any product is exclusively yours.
Rakshafin shall not be a party to and shall not be responsible for any transactions, interactions, conduct or communications between you and third-party partners. Rakshafin may receive a referral or facilitation fee from such third parties, and you confirm you have no objection to the same.

Force Majeure

Rakshafin shall not be liable for any failure or delay to perform any of its obligations if performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by any event beyond its reasonable control, including sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, acts of third parties, civil commotion, strikes, riots, insurrection, war, pandemic, acts of government, breach or malfunctioning of computer systems by malicious code or virus, mechanical or technical failures, power shutdown, or faults in telecommunication or internet services (a "Force Majeure event"). You acknowledge that transmission, storage and retrieval of information over the internet is subject to factors beyond Rakshafin's reasonable control. Rakshafin's obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure event continues. Rakshafin does not provide legal advice or advice on your tax liability; you should seek appropriate advice in this regard.

Permitted Use

You may use the Platform and the Service solely for your own personal and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any Additional Terms.
All content, data, design, information or other materials available on and underlying the Platform (collectively, "Content"), including software, images, text, layouts, illustrations, graphics, audio and video clips, logos, and trademarks including the trademark 'Rakshafin', are the property of Rakshafin and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Content only for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, sell, license, distribute, adapt, modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform, the Service or the Content, except for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You shall not remove any proprietary notices.
You shall not use the Platform, the Service or the Content for any purpose that is unlawful or not permitted by these Terms, including to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit or share any information that: belongs to another person to which you have no right; is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable; relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling; harms minors; infringes any intellectual property right; violates any law in force; deceives or misleads about the origin of messages; contains software viruses or harmful code; threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India; or is unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam.
If you are, or we have reasonable cause to suspect that you are, in violation of any of these Terms, Rakshafin reserves the right to immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and/or use of the Service.

Charges

Rakshafin shall be entitled to charges for the Service as per the respective Service you subscribe to. The charges applicable from time to time are detailed in the product section of our Website. Charges paid are non-refundable unless Rakshafin fails to commence provision of the subscribed service within seven (7) days from the date of acceptance of your order. Rakshafin's records shall be final and binding as to any such commencement.
Rakshafin may receive a referral or facilitation fee from third-party banks or credit institutions for assisting with the settlement of outstanding dues owed by you and/or for referring their products or services to you, and by accepting these Terms you confirm you have no objection to the same.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information and data we collect about you when you visit the Website, use the Service, or communicate with us, who we share this information with, and other related matters. This Policy shall be deemed to form part and parcel of these Terms. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully. You can choose what information you share with us; however, we may not be able to provide you the Service or parts of it if you choose not to share the requested information.

Access to SMS and Gmail Information

By granting the necessary permissions on your device and authorising access via Google OAuth, you permit Rakshafin to: (a) read SMS messages on your device through Android's SMS reading services; and (b) access relevant Gmail content using the Google OAuth API based on specific search queries, for the limited purpose of providing you with more personalised financial insights and services. Rakshafin's access is strictly controlled and complies with applicable data protection laws and Google's Limited Use Policy. Rakshafin does not transfer Gmail data to any third party, does not allow human access, and processes such information solely to improve your experience across credit insights, financial recommendations and Marketplace personalisation. Third Party Websites

The Platform may include hyperlinks to third-party websites that are outside the control of Rakshafin. If you click on such a link, you will leave the Platform and access the third-party site. Rakshafin does not verify, monitor or endorse these websites or the products or services available through them and does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage you may incur. You access such sites at your own risk and shall bear all consequences. Such third-party sites may have separate terms and privacy policies; please read them before you access any such site.

Warranty and Disclaimer

Rakshafin will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Service you have subscribed to and paid for, in a professional manner.
Except as expressly warranted above, Rakshafin does not warrant, and hereby expressly disclaims, all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, quality or fitness for any particular purpose, performance, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Rakshafin makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free. The Platform, the Service and Content are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis.

Limitation of Liability

If Rakshafin is in breach of these Terms or any Additional Terms and as a result is liable to you for any loss or damage, we shall only be liable to compensate you for any direct loss or damage caused by our gross negligence or wilful default that naturally arose in the usual course of things from such breach.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms or any Additional Terms, Rakshafin's liability for damages, if any, will not exceed the amount, if any, received by Rakshafin from you. If you have not paid Rakshafin, Rakshafin will not be liable for the payment of any damages to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rakshafin and its directors, officers, employees and representatives harmless from all loss, damage, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) suffered as a result of any breach of these Terms by you, including the submission of any data or material that violates any third-party right or any applicable law.

Right to Modify the Service

Rakshafin reserves the right to discontinue, change or modify the Service (by addition, deletion or modification) from time to time. In the event of discontinuation of any Service or any change that results in a material degradation or reduction in functionality, your sole remedy will be to receive a refund of the charges paid for the same, pro-rated for any completed Service and subject to a maximum of 50% of the charges paid, unless Rakshafin has not commenced provision of the Service on the date of such discontinuation.

Termination

These Terms and/or any Additional Terms you accept shall be binding from the time you click and accept them and will continue until either you or Rakshafin terminates the agreement between us.
Rakshafin may terminate the agreement and de-activate your User ID forthwith by notice to your registered email if you are in breach of these Terms or any Additional Terms.
Rakshafin may also terminate the agreement and de-activate your User ID by giving you notice of one (1) day to your registered email.
You may terminate this agreement and request deactivation of your User ID by written notice by email to help@rakshafin.in. Your User ID will be deactivated within three (3) working days from receipt of such email.
Upon termination, your right and licence to access and use the Service immediately ceases, your User ID will be deactivated, and your personal information will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Arbitration, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or any Additional Terms, or your use of the Platform or any Service, shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Rakshafin. The venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended, and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Competent courts located in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any matter arising from or relating to these Terms or any Additional Terms, or your use of the Platform or any Service.

Miscellaneous

Notice: Notices to Rakshafin shall be made via email to help@rakshafin.in or other specific email address as specified in these Terms, and all notices to you shall be made via email to the last email address you provided us.
Assignment: The licence granted to you by these Terms is personal to you and you shall not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
Waiver: No failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver. Any waiver of any default or breach shall not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent default or breach.
Severability: If any of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision; if no feasible interpretation will save it, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Communication: When you use the Platform, provide information, click any button, or send an email to Rakshafin, you are communicating with Rakshafin through electronic records, and you consent that such records shall be deemed communications sent in writing by you.
Entire Agreement: These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms constitute the entire agreement between Rakshafin and you regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements regarding the subject matter hereof.
Grievance Officer: If you have any concern or grievance with respect to any content, information or data on the Platform, please send an email to grievances@rakshafin.in and we will study the matter and take such action as we deem appropriate in accordance with law.

Additional Terms for 'Dispute Resolution'

These terms and conditions ("Additional Terms") are in addition to and not in derogation of Rakshafin's Terms and Conditions available at www.rakshafin.in ("Primary Terms"), which are incorporated by reference and deemed a part of these Additional Terms, and shall apply in the event you subscribe to the 'Dispute Resolution' ('DR') service offered by Rakshafin. Please read the Primary Terms along with these Additional Terms (collectively, "the Terms"). By inserting the OTP provided to you, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the Terms as a whole. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning defined under the Primary Terms.

Scope of Services: The services under this Order are available on our Website or mobile application. All communication shall be to your registered email ID and/or registered mobile number. Rakshafin provides you with an online platform to communicate with your lender or creditor and assist in obtaining the dues to clear your past issues. The services do not contain any advice, recommendation or opinion of Rakshafin.
Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by Rakshafin, which is conditional upon you completing the Order document with true and correct details, submitting all required documents and authorisations, and payment of all charges due. Acceptance will be signified by commencement of provision of the Services.
Charges: The charges payable for this Order are available on the Platform. Receipt of the entire charges, in advance, is a condition for acceptance. The charges paid are non-refundable, save as expressly provided under 'Cancellation' below.
Timelines: Timelines mentioned on the Website are non-binding estimates. If you do not provide necessary documentation to commence the services within 30 days of being informed, Rakshafin reserves the right to forfeit the fees paid and the agreement shall stand terminated. Where Rakshafin provides letter or email formats to be sent to lenders, you shall send them within 48 hours; failure to do so may result in delays or lapses.
Authorisation: You irrevocably authorise Rakshafin to apply for, request and receive your credit information report and credit rating from CICs in India, and to retain data collected for as long as Rakshafin deems fit for fulfilling the services. You understand such requests may be recorded as an inquiry by the relevant CIC and could impact your credit score. You authorise Rakshafin to liaise and coordinate on your behalf with lenders to facilitate the closure of identified credit accounts ("Closure Action"), and authorise Rakshafin to share a letter of authority (LOA) with such lenders. You acknowledge that Rakshafin acts merely as an intermediary to facilitate coordination, and is not your authorised representative or agent.
Additional Obligations and Limitations: Rakshafin does not guarantee any outcome of its efforts with lenders. The time needed to procure a closure offer is unpredictable and affected by factors beyond Rakshafin's control. Rakshafin will provide details of any offer and will not accept any offer without your approval; you must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. Any agreement for closure shall be between you and the lender, and you are solely responsible for honouring its terms. Failure to make scheduled payments may be reported to credit agencies as late, delinquent, charged-off or past due, and lenders may impose additional charges. Settlement offers are at the sole discretion of the lender and are valid for a limited period. Rakshafin shall not be responsible for collection efforts by lenders, and the service does not include legal representation; you should seek independent legal advice as appropriate. Rakshafin may receive a referral, facilitation or collection fee from third-party institutions and you confirm you have no objection.
Tenure: Unless terminated earlier, the services under this Order shall commence on acceptance and shall be deemed completed at the end of 90 days from the Order date or on successful implementation of the Closure Action, whichever is earlier.
Cancellation: You shall be eligible for cancellation or refund only if Rakshafin has not commenced any service under this Order. In such cases, you shall raise a written request within the first 7 days of making payment, providing the reason, and Rakshafin shall, at its sole discretion, approve a refund not exceeding 50% of the fees paid.
Modification: Rakshafin may modify these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be notified through your registered email. Subsequent use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms.

Bill Payments

Rakshafin acts solely as a facilitator of bill payments and is not a party to any payment transactions. Rakshafin enables you to make payments for loans, credit cards, mobile services and other bill-payment services, processed either through aggregators with whom Rakshafin has an agreement or through the Bharat Connect Operating Unit infrastructure, where the merchant is registered with NPCI for bill payments.
By using these services, you authorise Rakshafin to access, retrieve, share, use and store information related to your account with the merchant for bill payment and recharge purposes on an ongoing basis. You take full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the identifier information you provide.
The amount to be paid, recharged or subscribed to is solely an agreement between you and the merchant. Additional charges such as access fees, third-party payment-processing fees or data usage charges may apply, and you expressly agree to bear these costs.
If you mistakenly send a payment to the wrong recipient, make a duplicate payment, or enter an incorrect amount due to your own error, your sole recourse will be to contact the respective merchant or recipient. Rakshafin will not be responsible for reimbursing or reversing erroneous transactions. You acknowledge that all risks associated with online transactions are your responsibility.

Rakshafin AI Plus -- Subscription

Nature of Service: Rakshafin AI Plus is a subscription-based service that uses artificial intelligence and proprietary algorithms to provide personalised insights, recommendations and tools to help you improve your credit score and overall financial health.
No Guarantee of Outcome: While Rakshafin AI Plus aims to provide actionable guidance, Rakshafin does not guarantee any specific improvement in your credit score or financial outcomes, as these depend on multiple factors beyond Rakshafin's control.
Subscription Fees & Renewal: (a) Subscription fees will be displayed at the time of purchase and are payable in advance. (b) You authorise Rakshafin to collect subscription fees through auto-pay using UPI, debit card, credit card or other supported modes. (c) The auto-pay mandate authorises recurring deductions until cancelled by you. (d) Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your account settings. (e) You may revoke the auto-pay mandate through the Rakshafin app or your UPI application; once revoked through either channel, no further action is required from you.
Use of Your Information: By subscribing, you consent to Rakshafin collecting, processing and analysing your financial and credit-related data to generate personalised recommendations, including retrieving your credit report from credit bureaus and other financial data from authorised sources.
Limitations & Disclaimers: Rakshafin AI Plus is an informational tool and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Rakshafin makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the recommendations and shall not be liable for any loss arising from actions taken or not taken based on them.

Marketplace and Partner Services

Rakshafin operates a digital marketplace that enables users to discover, compare and apply for financial products such as loans, credit cards and other credit facilities ("Marketplace Services").
Rakshafin acts only as a facilitator and referral platform between users and partner banks, NBFCs or regulated financial institutions ("Lending Partners"). Rakshafin itself is not a lender, not a credit intermediary, and does not participate in the decision-making, underwriting or sanctioning of any loan or credit facility.
All credit products displayed on the Platform are offered solely by Lending Partners duly licensed under applicable laws. Rakshafin's role is limited to collecting, processing and transmitting your application or information to these partners, with your consent. Approval, sanction and disbursement of credit are solely at the discretion of the respective Lending Partner.
By using Marketplace Services, you expressly consent to Rakshafin sharing your KYC, financial and credit information with Lending Partners and their authorised service providers for eligibility assessment, risk evaluation and product offering. Rakshafin does not guarantee approval of any application or any particular offer. Display of any product or lender does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or assurance of suitability.
Rakshafin may receive referral fees or commissions from Lending Partners. For any issue relating to loan disbursal, repayment or card usage, you must contact the relevant Lending Partner directly. Rakshafin and its Lending Partners operate in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India's Digital Lending Guidelines and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Additional Terms for Raksha Coins

Rakshafin offers a reward system to its users for certain actions within the App, namely pulling a credit score for the first time ('activation'), making credit card and loan payments, availing a secured card, or refreshing their credit score through the App. These rewards are called "Raksha Coins".
The reward system is designed to encourage continuous use of the App and does not allow the purchase or trading of Raksha Coins. The validity of Raksha Coins may vary at the sole discretion of Rakshafin.
Raksha Coins are calculated and issued in every transaction close to real-time, based on the rewards aligned for each action within the App, which is subject to revision without prior intimation.
The value of 10 Raksha Coins is 1 Indian Rupee, and terms of conversion for each activity are subject to revision from time to time at Rakshafin's sole discretion. The User may redeem up to 30% of unlocked Raksha Coins towards payment of loan or card bills on the App.
Raksha Coins are solely rewarded for the regular and rightful use of the App. In the event of termination of the relationship between a user and Rakshafin, there shall be no refund in relation to Raksha Coins and all coins shall lapse. Rakshafin reserves the right to introduce or modify any condition, cooling period or disqualify any user for misuse, fraud, suspicious activity or as required under applicable law, and to periodically revise the issuance, value, usage, validity, redemption and maximum earning of Raksha Coins at its sole discretion.

Unauthorized Third-Party Use Prohibition

In accordance with the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 ("CICRA"), credit information accessed through this Platform is strictly for the authorised user only. No unauthorised use of credit information by any third party is permitted, including but not limited to group companies or parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliated entities, joint ventures or associated businesses, or any other related or unrelated third parties. Unauthorised use constitutes a breach of CICRA 2005 and may result in legal action, penalties and account suspension.

Authorized Access, Use and Sharing of Credit Information

In accordance with the provisions of CICRA and applicable regulatory requirements, credit information accessed through this Platform shall be used solely for authorised and legally permissible purposes, including providing financial products and services to customers pursuant to valid user consent and applicable law. Credit information may be accessed, processed and shared only with: authorised personnel of Rakshafin; regulated financial institutions and partners including banks, NBFCs and card issuers, for authorised use cases subject to valid user consent and applicable law; authorised service providers, technology partners and vendors operating under appropriate contractual confidentiality, data-protection and access-control obligations; and any other persons or entities as permitted under applicable law and valid user consent. Any unauthorised access, disclosure, transfer, sharing, storage or use of credit information outside the scope of authorised purposes, user consent, contractual authorisation or applicable law is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access, contractual action, reporting to relevant authorities, and/or other legal or regulatory action.

Level 2 -- Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO). If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at Level 1, or if you do not receive a response within the prescribed timeline, the matter may be escalated to the Grievance Redressal Officer.
